Hello crafty friends! I have a lovely card for you today using the Botanical Blossom design from Rachel Vass Designs. She is a digital stamp creator and she is so good at it! Be sure to check her Etsy out.
Here is a list of supplies I used to create this card…
- Rachel Vass Designs – Botanical Blossom
- Simon Says Stamp – Vie Canopy Embossing folder
- Simon Says Stamp – Get Well Reverse Sentiment
- Simon Says Stamp – Dot Runner and Refills
- Ohuhu Markers – Y1, Y2, Y3, G140, G9, YR5
- Darice Foam Strips
- Gina K Connect Glue
- Neenah Solar White 80 Lb Card Stock
- Neenah Solar White 110 lb Card Stock – Card Base
I started by printing the Rachel Vass Designs – Botanical Blossom onto Neenah Solar White 80 Lb Card Stock. This is my favorite card stock to print onto for my markers (and in general in card making!). Be sure you us toner ink too. I let the image dry for a couple hours before I went to work coloring the image. After I colored it, I fussy cut it out.
I then cut a A2 card panel out to emboss using the Simon Says Stamp – Vie Canopy Embossing folder. This embossing folder is stunning and added the perfect texture to the card background. I added some Simon Says Stamp – Dot Runner and Refills to the back of it and adhered it to my Neenah Solar White 110 lb Card Stock – Card Base. I glued the image on using Gina K Connect Glue and then added Darice Foam Strips to the back of the sentiment strips from the Simon Says Stamp – Get Well Reverse Sentiment to finish the card off!
