Silhouette Stamping on a Inky Panel | Simon Says Stamp

•Hello crafty friends•

I jumped in to make a card using a panel from a recent inky blending video. It was one of my favorite panels and when I created it, I instantly had visions of black florals on it, using a silhouette stamping technique. So I needed to bring it to fruition and below is the results!
