Inky Die Cuts & Creating a Background | Simon Says Stamp

One of my favorite things to do is to create backgrounds out of stamped/inked up images. For this card, I used a layered stencil that had a coordinating die to create this bright and cheerful spring card! Be sure to check out the video at the end.
