Simple Watercolor over a Inky Background + YouTube Tutorial!

Hello Crafty Friends! Today I have a card for you using one of the ink blended panels from first Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Color Blends video. I took one of the panels and turned it into a card!
