Hello! I am excited to share my FIRST digital stamp card (and my first card on my new design team!). I am excited to announce that I am a new team member of the Rachel Vass Designs team and I am super pumped. Yesterday was a release of 4 new digital bundles (that you can see here!) and I played with the Spring Floral Slimline set.
I started by printing the individual floral designs in various sizes on my laser printer and Neenah 80lb cardstock. I used my Caran d’Ache pencils to color them in and these pencils are like butter. When using this pencils, I found the best results when I let the printing sit over night. When I let it sit for a few hours, it did smear slightly.
Next, I printed the “Hello Friend” sentiment from the same bundle and cut it out using the Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangles, using the largest frame. I grabbed my Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink and splattered some on the background. I then fussy cut the florals out and layered them around the sentiment. I added some pink jewels (It appears the ones I used are out of stock or discontinued. Here is an alternative brand that I love!)
What do you think? Have you used digital stamps before?
