I had the great pleasure of being apart of Simon Says Stamp‘s new release Send Happiness and oh boy, its a good one! I received the Thoughtful Flowers to play with. I’m sharing the first one below! To see the whole release, click here.
The florals in the set are gorgeous! So I wanted to highlight them, by doing a simple spotlight back ground with Distress Inks (In Squeezed Lemonade and Peacock Feathers) over a stencil that I rotated slightly between colors. After stamping the florals in SSS Intense Black Ink, I carefully cut them out, leaving a slight white border. I glued them flat to the card and added some Tonic crystal drops in Seashell. I included a sentiment from the set and all done! Loved how simple this card was and so easy to mass produce.
